One of our church members has graciously provided their vaccination services to our Church.

This means that you will be able to get a free Flu Vaccine on Sunday the 11th June. If you would like to get vaccinated, please complete the attached form and send it through the church office email for your booking:  

There will be 2 time slots available, 10:30am held at the West Ryde Community Hall Meeting room or 12:30pm held at Marsden High School.

Please clearly indicate on the Email which time slot and location you would like to take your vaccination.

Please ensure to get your vaccination forms in before Thursday the 8th of June. We will not be accepting bookings after the 8th.

If you are unable to digitally send us the form, please present it physically on the day.

*Note:* this service is offered by Blooms the Chemist (Crows Nest) and vaccinations will be administered onsite at West Ryde Community Centre and Marsden High School by a fully qualified pharmacist.
