Our measures answer the question: how do we know if we're successful in carrying out our mission?

They tell us if our church is producing disciples who make disciples or if we are simply accumulating passive religious consumers, who week after week gather to consume spiritual goods and services.

GROW

We want to be a missional community of disciples who experience consistent spiritual growth. Healthy things grow, healthy disciples grow and healthy churches grow. In line with our core value of Love for Families we want to be a church which helps grow parents and children into kingdom-minded, missional families and children (2 Thessalonians 1:3-4).

GIFTS

Following on from our core value of One body, many parts, we will be a missional community of disciples where individuals in each congregation use their God-given gifts for service and ministry in their own congregation, to our wider church family and in mission to the world (Romans 12:3-8).

GIVE

In line with our core value of Generous lives, we aim to be a missional community of disciples where each individual is discipled to give generously out of their God-given resources in tithes and offerings as well as in their time and possessions (2 Corinthians 8:1-9).

GO

Following on from our core value of Embracing all people, we want to be a missional community of disciples who reach out to all people across all barriers, whether across the street, across our city or across the world with the goodness of Jesus, bringing hope to everyone and making disciples of all peoples (Matthew 28:16-20).
